Day 4
Okay, so today was a weird one.
B-Crumpets and Tea (I know, how british)
L- I nibbled on some cookies I made so I don't think that really counts as a lunch
D-I had some curry 'chicken' and rice.
Snacks- Carrots
I drank loads of water and tea today. But sadly I didn't go to the gym like I said I would. I did spend a lot of today cleaning tho so that required a lot of movement. I have yoga in the AM so that should get my ass in to gear. I am also going to be doing 20 minutes of cardio hopefully.
Today wasn't the best health day, but it wasn't bad either.
I went to work and wanted to work on some art but didn't feel up to it all night. Hopefully tomorrow I will be a little more motivated.
