Day 49

So I didn't work out today but I did walk up the stairs at work. My food has been slightly off but not like horrible. I am trying to eat all of my processed foods so I can start my cleanse on the 30th. I don't think i've ever been so excited to eat raw fruits and veggies for a long period of time.

I did a rough draft of my new resume. I am going to type it up and save it soon. I decided that I am going to wait to try to apply for internships just because I want to give it a month of school to see how much free time I am going to have an if I would really be able to balance working full time, going to school full time and a one day a week internship on top of working out and doing homework and all of the other stuff that will be going on in my life. I am really excited about school starting but I am sure it's going to bring on a lot of stress and tired-ness.

I am looking for a good digital scale to put in my bathroom. My scale that I have is so old and always is off like 10 pounds. I want something accurate so when I do my weekly weigh ins I know exactly what the deal is.

Day 48

Okay, so I haven't been updating my blog because I've been trying to think of a good plan to do for September and stick to it for the full 30 days and see how I feel. Right now I am living on too much processed food mainly because I have so much of it here so I am trying to get rid of most of it to get rid of all the quick fixes as far as food goes.

I decided that I am going to the the Eat to Live program because it seems support my vegan lifestyle and I've been reading the book and a ton of success stories from people that had this system change their life and way of thinking. Until the 30th I am not going to update my food which is the day that I start the diet but I will be logging my work outs and any other productive updates in between now and then. I am very excited about starting this lifestyle and I can't wait to get started but I need to finish reading the book.

So yeah, things have been going well and I've been putting a lot of thought into my choices these days. I am happy with the way things are turning out and my main goal is to stay focused.

Day 42

Breakfast- Tea and Crumpets (I know, how british)
Lunch-pita chips
Dinner- Veggie 6 inch sub from subway
Snacks- apple slices, carrots

I definitely need to drink more water again. I have been doing okay with my water intake but definitely need to kick it up a bit. I have been drinking loads of tea.

Days 40 & 41

Man, I suck so bad at updating once again. I've been getting caught up in so many other things which is rather positive but that doesn't make up for my slacking.

I will be without a computer probably most of next week because I have to send my laptop in for a repair so I am going to log my progress on paper and then update everything once I get my computer back.

I haven't worked out in the past couple of days due to being busy with other things. I am going to walk the stairs at work later today and I am also going to be cleaning my room before work. So I will be moving a bit today so I am not worried about not moving as much.

I feel great and feel like I am starting to look more fabulous and that is all that matters. I will update tonight with my food and productiveness for the day. Today is day 42!

Day 38 and Day 39

Day 38

Breakfast- Trader Joe's Cereal
Lunch- Organic Food Bar and a salad
Snacks- Some organic bbq chips (Not the healthiest but I was on the run)

My work out was pretty extreme for the day. I walked around the track for one mile with a friend, I rode on a bike for 7 miles, I did the elliptical for about 2 miles, and then I did an hour of yoga.

Day 39

Breakfast-Trader Joe's Cereal
Dinner- Japanese pickle sushi roll and cucumber sushi roll
Snacks- pita chips with guacamole

I did an hour of yoga and walked a few blocks in NYC. So the work out wasn't that extreme but still a workout.

Day 36

Breakfast- Blueberry Waffles and soy milk
Lunch-Organic Food Bar (Protein) and Oat & Wheat Bran Swirls (Trader Joe's)
Dinner- Curry 'chicken' with broccoli and corn
Snacks - Vegan cinnabun, cucumber slices

Sadly I didn't make my working out goal at ALL tomorrow I am definitely going to do it tomorrow tho because I should have more time to do so.

I am going to be working on updating a rough copy of my resume for little art related jobs part-time jobs in between a bunch of my chores this weekend.

I had a tarot card reading tonight and it was basically rather positive and it was amazing. I'm excited about my reading, because I am a total nerd.
