Day 42

Breakfast- Tea and Crumpets (I know, how british)
Lunch-pita chips
Dinner- Veggie 6 inch sub from subway
Snacks- apple slices, carrots

I definitely need to drink more water again. I have been doing okay with my water intake but definitely need to kick it up a bit. I have been drinking loads of tea.
