Foods and such!

Okay, so this is the 34th day of blogging on fitness and wellness and I had one of the best food days ever.

Breakfast-Protein shake, maple brown sugar oatmeal, and toast
Lunch-Organic Food Bar active greens/Salad
Dinner-BBQ tofu with steamed veggies
I also drank one liter of water and 3 cups of Rooibos tea

I didn't get to walk up the 13 flights of stairs because I was working on a art project for my job so I missed my second break at work. Tomorrow I am planning on working out for an hour and also walking up the stairs. It should definitely be a better work out day for sure.
