Day 14-17
Gawd! I've sucked so bad about updating this blog. My eating hasn't been very good since i've been eating very little. Matter of fact, I am not going to make a real update until tomorrow because I should be back on track. I suck at the moment.
I've been in an awesome mood tho and I feel like nothing can really break that at the moment. More to come in detail later.

Its a lot easier if you commit yourself to posting every day :) I've really found this whole exercise/food blog really helpful for staying focused, and realizing what you put into your body all day and a result of how you feel.. etc.
Yeah, I know. I am going to commit to it and make it a habit. I've been sucking so bad at it but I Am going to make it something I have to do everyday. Even if I do it from my cell phone.
