Day 12

Exercise: one hour yoga + mile and a half on elliptical trainer

Breakfast: Chai Tea + Toast
Snack- soy ice cream sandwich
Dinner- "curry chicken" and vegetable rice

I ended up not eating much again yesterday. I'm on my period and I tend to eat less on my period but I had a great workout.

At work, I did a lot of brainstorming and thinking about art projects in the like so I feel like i've had a very mental productive day.

Um, shit. I will figure it out again and tell you how to do it the next time we are both online at the same time. Hopefully that won't be a year from now. haha
