Day 10 and Day 11
Okay, so i've been really bad and haven't been writing down what i've been eating. But my eating has been pretty decent in the past two days. I've done yoga both days in a row and I will be going to yoga gain in the AM. I've been feeling very productive and full of life.
I will have a REAL update tomorrow afternoon before work. I am going out after work tomorrow so I won't have time to update but I am going to plan my meals tomorrow and stick to what I plan on eating.
