Day 5
I seem to have fallen ill. I ate a protein bar and some water for breakfast. I had two sushi rolls for lunch and some spicy miso soup. But I have been ill with some weird stomach bug all day so I didn't eat much of anything else. I've been drinking a lot of water. I went to yoga this morning which was very good and felt great. So overall the day wasn't a wash just because I wasn't feeling well.
I wasn't very productive as far as anything else goes. I stayed in bed most of the day because I didn't feel 100% at all.
