Day 13
Breakfast-Toast and Tea
Snack-Carrots
Lunch- Soy nuggets and juice
Snack- Soy Ice cream sandwich
Dinner- A bowl of annie's cinnabunnies cereal
I didn't get a chance to work out today but I spent a lot of today cleaning. I moved around a ton so hopefully that will count as something. Plan on going to the gym in the AM and or doing pilates at home.

What in the world are soy nuggets?
I LOVE the bunny cereal. It's pretty superb!
And soy nuggets are found at trader joe's. they are basically 'chicken' nuggets but for us vegan freaks.
