Day 28

Because it's easier just to list what i've eaten without really labeling what the meal is I am just going to write down everything I eat and around what time I ate it because I am going to start having a bunch of raw veggies and fruits during the day. Along with the list of food that I ate, i'm going to include at the end of the list how felt after eating what I ate. Basically to show how I am feeling after what I am consuming, so I know what foods make me feel better.

Today I had:
Orange Juice
Tea
Energy drink
toast
fruit salad
cucumber sushi roll
brocoli
a cup of soy milk
a cup of goji berry juice

I didn't record my food times today but I am going to start that up tomorrow. Overall I feel like I had a great food day but the energy drink sort of fucked things up for me. I need to definitely put some more protein in my daily diet too. I didn't get any of that at all today.

On my second break today I walked up 8 flights of stairs, then back down them and then up to the forth floor which is the floor that I work on. I am going to try to do this as often as possible so that I get more of a work out everyday. I felt awesome afterwards.

I haven't done anything toward any of my career goals today. I plan on working on a collage or something tomorrow while I am at work. And possibly setting up my scanner so I can start showing off my skills on the Internet.
